Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to ensure full responsibility and independence.

UTVs – A Starlit Adventure Awaits!

We are thrilled to announce that club members now have the exclusive privilege to keep UTVs overnight! Imagine the thrill of a nocturnal adventure or the peace of a sunrise escapade — it’s all within your reach. This special allowance is a testament to our trust in you, our valued members, to treat the UTVs with care and respect as if they were your own.

Boats & Jet Skis – Safety First!

However, for safety reasons and maintenance protocols, boats and jet skis must be returned before nightfall. The unpredictability of water conditions and the intricacies involved in the upkeep of these vehicles necessitate their return to our docks each day. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure that every member enjoys these amenities in their best condition and most importantly, that your safety is never compromised.

We’re excited for you to make the most of this new opportunity with our UTVs, and we appreciate your cooperation in continuing to safely enjoy our aquatic vehicles during daylight hours.

Make Every Moment Count At Adventus

Embark on an exclusive journey and create cherished memories with us! At Adventus, we invite you to secure your reservations up to 120 days in advance, allowing you to plan that perfect occasion with confidence and anticipation. 

Reservation Guidelines:

• Plan Ahead: You have the freedom to make reservations for any date within a 120-day window, ensuring ample time to prepare for a splendid experience.

• One at a Time: To ensure fairness and availability, each club member may hold only one reservation at a time. This allows everyone the chance to enjoy what we offer. With the exception of Elite Voyagers, who may reserve two dates at any given time. 

• Seize Your Spot: Once your current reservation has passed or been canceled, feel free to book your next extraordinary visit with us!

We believe in providing unique experiences for all our guests, and by adhering to these simple guidelines, you help us maintain a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

Understanding the Cancellation Policy:

As you consider moving forward on a different path, we want to ensure that the process for canceling your membership is clear and straightforward. Our cancellation policy requires 3 months’ dues paid upfront. This means that upon deciding to cancel your membership, there will be one final payment equivalent to the dues of three months.

This policy allows us to:

• Maintain the high standards and quality of our vehicles and equipment.

• Ensure that all members can continue to enjoy exceptional services until their membership formally concludes.

• Provide ample time for both parties to manage the transition smoothly.

Taking the Next Steps:

1. Notification: To initiate the cancellation process, please inform us in writing at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.

2. Payment: Once notice is received, we will follow up with an invoice detailing the total amount due for the final three months.

3. Confirmation: After your final payment is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email to mark the end of your active membership.
